Student Ambassador Virtual Event

Girl Rising's global Student Ambassadors will gather virtually with Zainab Bie, a young climate justice leader who will be fresh from the COP29 climate negotiations and from the international Climate Week in September. Zainab has represented India and the youth of the Global South at major international convenings including COP, SB-58 Bonn Conference, G20 India World Leader's Summit, Raisina Dialogue, and UNCTAD 15, influencing the global climate discourse. She's led workshops and led India's delegation at Climate Justice Camps in Tunisia and Lebanon, focusing on capacity-building. Richa has spearheaded Girl Rising’s learning resources to empower students as climate advocates.
